Intuitive Guided Meditation for You - www.jessicacrossasmr.com

When I first started guiding people in meditation many years ago I would spend a lot of time writing out each meditation and then read them off to the group.  Even when I would meditate on my own I would often plan out a meditation or read a guided meditation book for guidance.  Then I realized that if I closed my eyes and did not try to control what was happening a meditation would unfurl that addressed just what I needed in that moment.

When I started doing guided meditation workshops I found that I could also speak these meditations for others without planning them ahead of time.  I also found that I could create meditations based on what other members of the group needed.  I knew that the meditations were for them because often I would feel bad because the meditation seemed so lame (to me), and then the members of the group would come and tell me how that specific meditation was so powerful for them.  The meditation seemed to be created based on their energy, not mine.  Since finding this out I have started doing more and more meditations for others.  Here is a recent video meditation that I intuitively created.

I now make these videos every month for my Patreon Members and it is so wonderful to tap into the energy of my Tribe.

Thank you so much for reading my blog.  I really appreciate it.  I would love to connect with you more on my JessicaCross ASMR Community Facebook Group.  Please reach out any time.

Use Meditation to Give Yourself Purpose - www.jessicacrossasmr.com

This is a long meditation so I will keep this introduction short.

Your activity for today is to give yourself a Title!  Not your title for work but a title for who you want to be.  My title is "Relaxation Specialist."  If you don't know what that is, neither did I, so I created it on my website (www.jessicacrossasmr.com).  I even found some business cards I made about 7 years ago calling myself a Relaxation Specialist.

Try to create your own title without feeling the need to completely define it.  Over time you will figure out what it means in detail and it should change as you grow through your life.  You may even drop a title entirely and add a new title.

This does not need to be your only title, I am also "Mom-tastic" and "Sing-erific", but just choose one for now.  Write this down and then try this meditation and see if it changes for you.  Read through the meditation below and then close your eyes and remember what you can.  Don't worry about memorizing the meditation and let the meditation unfold based on what you need.

Contentment Meditation

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.  With each deep breath you start to feel yourself rise up from your body, until you are looking down on your physical body.  See your physical body below you as you begin to float out of the room where you physical body is resting.  Travel up to a cloud.  Climb up onto this cloud and walk towards a smaller cloud.  One of your guides is waiting for you.  Thank your guide for being there and ask them if they will take you to see the possible future you need to see.

Climb onto the smaller cloud.  This small cloud, with your guide and you, begins to move towards a tunnel of white light.  As you enter the tunnel you think or say aloud your desire to travel to a possible future in your life; a time of contentment and a time of knowledge and understanding.  The cloud exits the tunnel and travels down to the earth.

You see yourself older and sitting in a chair.  You are happy to be there and you enter the body of this older version of yourself.  Your guide sits down in a chair next to you.  You can understand the thoughts of this older version of yourself.  You are happy and are reflecting on your life.  You feel you have done what you need to do in life  Think of what you are most proud.  What are the things that are most valuable to you?  What brought you to this state of contentment?  Where are you most happy you spent your time?  Who have you most enjoyed spending time with?  What feelings have you experienced that have made your life whole?  What experiences are most important to you?  Do not judge your life, just think of what is meaningful to you.

You may ask your guide any questions you need to clarify what you have experienced.  You can ask your guide the question, “What is my Soul Purpose?”  Know that you may not get a clear answer, as you may have several major goals in your life or many facets to one purpose which are hard to express.  Your guide may be able to tell you the next step to take towards this contentment.  Ask your guide if they have a gift to help you to remember this time.  Ask any questions you have about this gift.

As you feel ready, leave the body of your older self and join your guide back on the cloud that has been waiting for you.  The cloud travels back up to the tunnel of light.  In this tunnel you feel calm and peace.  You may ask the light any questions you still have.
Soon it is time to exit the tunnel and travel back to where your physical body is waiting.  Thank your guide and leave the cloud to float back down to your physical body.  Hear the sounds around you.  Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you feel ready, open your eyes.

This is a good time to take out your journal and take notes on your meditation. I sometimes create a digital or physical collage or drawing of my meditation.  Now think about your Life Title and let yourself change it if it no longer resonates with you.

Get Happy and Win Your Game! - www.jessicacrossasmr.com

When I used to play RPG's (Role Playing Games) in my youth.  One of my favorite parts was setting up my Avatar.  I liked to choose where I would allocate all of my skill points.  I think this is a useful task for arranging our Real Life as well.

We only have a finite amount of energy on any given day or week.  It is our job when trying to maintain health and wellness to think about those energy points and how to spend them.  I want you to do an exercise with me.  If you struggle with this exercise jump to the meditation at the end and then try the exercise again.

I am going to have you assign 45 skill points to your current life.  This is based on how you currently spend your time and how happy you are with each area.  You can assign 0-5 points per area with 0 being "Not at All" and 5 being "Awesome."   You may have an area or two that you really feel are over a 5 and I will allow for that but only if you know you are at a "Bordering on Obsessive" level.  Now remember only 45 points and some of you may not even use all of those.

Physical Environment:
Relationship with a Partner:
Friends:
Personal Growth:
Spirituality:
Happiness:
Physical Health:
Family:
Fun and Leisure:
Finances:
Career:

Now I want you to read through the following meditation and then close your eyes and remember what you can.  It is fine if your meditation does not follow this exactly.  Your meditation will take you where you need to go.

Perfect Day Meditation

Take a deep breath and close your eyes.  Begin to walk through the forest again.  Hear the crunch of the leaves, smell the air. As you walk through the forest you begin to walk uphill.  It is steep but you are able to climb easily and quickly.  Soon the trees thin and you see you are on a mountain and almost to the summit.  Continue to climb until you reach that summit.

Look down on the valley and see below you are many different replicas of your home.  You are drawn to one of these versions of your home and it glows like a beacon.  Focus on this home; as you look at the building it is as if you have a telescope.  The vision becomes larger and larger until you pass right through the ceiling and can view the inside of your home.

This version of your home contains your perfect day!  It is dawn and you see yourself in bed.  How do you feel as you begin to wake up on this perfect day.  Are you excited to greet the day?  Are you well rested?  Are you calm and relaxed or energetic?  Do you jump out of bed or do you slowly stretch or read in bed?  How do you spend the first few moments of your perfect day?

How do things look around you?  Does your bedroom look as it usually does?  Is anyone in the room with you?  Do you speak to them?  How do you spend your morning?   Will you work today?  If so what does your work look like?  Who do you see and spend time with?  Would you prefer solitude?  There is not only one perfect day, this is just ONE possible perfect day.

What you would like to do.  Will you spend time with family, with friends or will you just take a relaxing day by yourself with no obligations?  If you could choose anywhere where would you be on this day?  Is it a place that you have been before or just some place that you imagine will be perfect?  What do you do for lunch? Maybe you will take a lunch for two or three hours.

How will you spend your time in the afternoon?  Where would you like to be?  What would be fun to do; or, do you just want to relax?  What nourishes you right now?

How will you spend your evening?  What will you have for dinner?  Do you eat with someone?  What does your body crave to eat?  Will you go out later in the evening, or will you go to sleep early and get your rest?  As you lay down to go to sleep and your perfect day ends, you zoom out from the home you are watching, until you are again sitting on the mountain top.

A guide joins you on the mountain.  Ask them any questions about what you just observed.  Ask them what lesson you need to learn from this experience.  Ask what change you can make right now to bring you closer to this perfect day.  Ask your guide if they have a gift for you to remind you of this experience.  Thank your guide and head back down the mountain.

Walk through the forest as you being to feel where your body is resting.  Hear the sounds around you. Wiggle your toes and your fingers and when you feel ready open your eyes.

Now, use the list above and write where you would like to be, but again only use 45 points.  Remember these points are finite so you may need to take from one area to add to another.  I don't think any of us get to have 5's in all areas at any one time in our lives.

With the help of this meditation, what is one thing you can do this week to help you move just one step (from a 1-2, or a 2-3, etc.) in one area where you want to increase your skill points.  Remember this may mean taking some time away from another area, and that is alright.  There is no right or wrong on this exercise.  This is about what you need at this one snapshot in your life and that should change as your priorities change.  Make that change now or schedule when this week you will make that change!

I hope this was helpful and I hope you make one change today.  Get more meditation like this in the Soul Path Guidebook.  https://gum.co/gcFqx
