I really want to share my Clearing Workshop: Make Room for Abundance with all of you. This is a fantastic and fun workshop that I ran live last year and have made available to everyone on Gumroad. Check out the first two sections and even the first video meditation. This Training includes over 5 hours of video.
This workshop has made helped me to clear away my own fears of growing this business. It helped me clear many of my money blocks and was relaxing and fun at the same time. I have designed this Workshop in 7 sections that can be completed in a short period of time to radically change your life without causing additional stress. I hope you enjoy this excerpt and will consider trying the rest of the workshop on Gumroad to complete the whole program.

You do not
need to have any specific spiritual belief to benefit from this workshop. I do not dismiss or propose any specific
spiritual belief. What I do, is throw
every tool available at my brain when I feel stuck or have a problem to
overcome. I feel the most powerful tool
is guided meditation. It helps us to tap
into parts of our brains that we can’t access when we try to think something
out. It may also help us to connect
with God(s) and/or the energy or spirit all around us that can help guide us.
I use
astrology and moon cycles to help set goals and periods of activity and
relaxation throughout the year. I also
use personal astrology to consider the way I may be thinking about a problem and
the vastly different ways people can think and behave.
Stagnation
is my enemy, and so guidance towards different ways to think and perceive the
world is what keeps me growing. I use
tarot and oracle cards in this way. They
help to look at problems in a different light and to sometimes surrender our
need to have all the answers and be in control of every situation. Whatever your beliefs about why these tools
help, they work to help change your perception!
If you are
watching a video workshop and are unfamiliar with ASMR, I will give a short
explanation. I will begin each guided
meditation session with an ASMR ritual to help you relax and get into a
meditative state.
Many people
experience a tingling sensation on the back of their head in response to a
whisper, soft spoken voice, personal attention (even through a video or audio
recording) or certain relaxing sounds (triggers). This is an Autonomous Sensory Meridian
Response (ASMR). This sensation
(tingles) causes a feeling of well-being, relaxation, and helps many
people to sleep. ASMR is a popular
relaxation technique for anxiety.
Introduction
We must be willing to get rid of the life we've planned,
so as to have the life that is waiting for us.
The old skin has to be shed before the new one can come.

Do you feel
heavy and lethargic, or are you having difficulty making changes in your
life? It is very difficult to more on
when we are holding on to parts of our past that weigh us down. We all have things that were part of our
lives in the past that no longer fit into our present situation. These may be emotions, beliefs, thoughts or
actual physical items.
It is
important to create a regular process for recognizing what needs to go and
working to release those things from your life.
Do you have an automatic thought that pops up for you but you know
logically it is not true? Do you have
closets or cabinets filled with things that you have not used or even looked at
in many years? Do you want to change the
way you feel, the way you dress or the way your home looks but you can’t
because you are holding on to so many old items? It is time to make room in your life for new
beliefs or items that fit better into your life now. If your life feels chaotic you may just need
to create more space in your brain and in your home to fill with peace.
What is
holding you back from moving forward?
The cells in our body die and new cells grow all the time. We are not even physically the same person we
were a few years ago. We do not need to
hold on to all the mental and physical items we have picked up along the
way. It is time to reevaluate what we
want to keep in our lives and what we are ready to let go of. It is
hard to accept that who we are can change drastically over time. If we don’t give ourselves room to grow by
making space we end up feeling cramped and stagnant. We can be held back from trying new things by
the weight of all of these old items.
Be brave and make room for amazing things to enter your life.
Each year
find a time to use this guide to let go of the things that no longer serve
you.
Meditation Tips
Meditation
takes practice just like any other skill.
Many of us have one of our senses that we can tap into more easily in
meditation. It may be feelings, colors,
smells, textures, words or visuals. Use
whatever sense you connect with to begin your practice. Eventually each of these senses will be
easier to access when in meditation. The
most important thing is not to negate what you feel, see or hear.
Many people
who struggle with meditation do so because they discount what they
experience. Whatever we tap into during
meditation, often speaks through the reality that is familiar to us. You may see clips you know are from films you
have seen or books you have read. You may
see fairies or dragons even though you do not believe these entities exit. Go with it!
You are being taught in a way that you can understand and access. If you don’t negate what you are seeing I
promise you that by the end of the meditation you will have learned something
that you did not know before you started.
Let the message come to you in whatever form it needs to, even if it is
silly or cliché. Enjoy your time in
meditation and have fun! Click on the
link or picture before each meditation and enjoy the video of the live workshop
and meditation.
Meditation #1 Crystals on a
Table
Take a deep breath and relax. Picture a door in front of you. You don’t have to see the wall or building it
is on, just the door. What is the door
made of? Place your hand on the
door. What is the texture of the
door? Is it warm or cold? How do you feel when you touch this
door? When you are ready, open the door
and walk into the room.
In the middle of the room is a large
wooden table covered with stones. What
else is in the room? Is the room
familiar to you? What is on the
floor? What is on the walls? How do you feel in the room?
Walk closer to the table and look
down at the stones on the table. They
are all different colors and shapes but all will fit easily in the palm of your
hand. Is there one stone on the table
that you are drawn to? One stone may
glow or you may actually hear a sound from one of the stones. You may hover your hand a few inches over the
stones to see if one feels warm or if your hand tingles when over one
stone.
Pick this stone up. What does the stone look like? How would you describe this stone to someone
who couldn’t see it? You do not need to
know what kind of stone it is but explore how it looks in detail. Now, I want you to direct a question to the
stone and see what response you get. Ask
how this stone can help you. You may get
a feeling, see a color, see a picture or actually hear words. It may seem as though you are having a
conversation with the stone. Don’t
negate anything you see, hear or feel.
Any information you receive is there to help you.
Now, ask what the stone is there to
teach you right now. Again take any
feeling or thought that comes to you from the stone. Thank the stone for the knowledge it has
given you. Take one final look at the
stone. Place the stone back on the
table.
Turn around and leave this room. Know you can return to the room at any
time. Begin to hear the sounds around
your physical body. Wiggle your fingers
and toes and feel yourself return to your body.
This is a
good time to eat or drink something, or plant your feet firmly on the ground
and send your energy into the ground to help bring yourself back from
meditation.
Workbook
Before moving on, you have to clear away your
cherished beliefs.
- Dick Raymond
- Dick Raymond
When we are
younger our psychological task is individuation. We have to decide how we are different from
our parents. We investigate what we
believe in and what we don’t. What we
like and dislike, our personality traits, and skills. At this time in our life we still think in
very concrete terms of good and bad, and we often think what we discover about
ourselves and the world is set in stone.
When we get older one of our tasks is to unlearn some of these beliefs from
the past. We start to see that things
can change over time and there is a lot more grey area in the world. Your likes may change. What you learned about the world or yourself
may have come from outside sources and not actually be true. You may not have an innate talent at
something but through love of it and time you may become very skillful!
This is the
time to explore what thoughts, feelings, and beliefs no longer fit you or are
not helping you move in the direction you want to go. You may not need to clear what you think you
need to let go of.
Write the
first thing that comes into your head when reading the questions below. You can go back and change your answers after
further thought but our first reactions are often the most truthful.
