Read
through the following a few times and then remember what you can and visualize with your eyes closed. Do not stress about the
words just follow the concepts and see the places. If your meditation goes in another direction
that is fine, it is where you are supposed to be.

Take
a few deep breaths and close your eyes.
Find yourself in a garden in autumn.
The leaves crunch under your feet.
Are there any flowers that are still out? What colors do you see? What birds or other sounds do you hear? Feel the cool breeze and the warm sun on your
face.
Walk
through the garden until you come to a bench with your guide seated on it. Your guide smiles wide and gestures for you to
sit with them. Join them and if this is
a new guide to you, ask for their name. They take your hand and say they have been waiting for you. They tell you that you have been selling
yourself short. They say that your fears
are holding you back and you will regret not pushing through some of those
fears.
Ask
your guide which fear is most important to overcome?
Ask if they have a suggestion for overcoming this fear.
Ask if they can help you to move forward. Your guide says that you are to keep questioning your fear to see what the fear is truly about. Your guide asks why you have this fear. Your guide continues to ask question about each answer you give. Allow this to continue for as long as you are gaining insight into your fear.

Thank
your guide. They give you a hug and
commend you on your hard work. Rise and
walk back through the garden, seeing the colors more intensely after your
insights.
Begin
to hear the sounds around your physical body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you feel ready, open your eyes.

What did you learn?
What is your fear?
What are you afraid will happen?
What would it mean if that happened?
What would that reflect about you?
Keep asking deeper questions for each answer. If you want more of this, receive an email download of the Free Shadow Work Journal here: https://gum.co/fnek
I hope this is helpful for you. Take good care of yourself and be proud of this work.
