Relaxation Meditation (Head Massage) ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes on its take a deep
breath and e hale release saying all the tension in your shoulders. Take another deep breath in, feel yourself relaxing
and exhale. Let your forehead relax, let
your jaw relax, let your mind relax. Another
deep breath in, beginning to feel totally calm and at peace, and as you exhale
release any worries or anxiety. Let all
stress leave your body and your mind.
Now, I want you to picture that you’re sitting in a massage
chair. If you have not seen one before,
your knees are resting on a chair as you sit and lean forward with your face in
a face cradle. I will begin to give you
a relaxing scalp massage to totally relax your mind and your body. I’m going to begin by holding either side of
your head. Taking a few deep breaths and
then spreading my fingers, and using small hard circles on your scalp; slightly
moving my fingers, so that they move all around your scalp. Letting the muscles in your scalp relax, and
then moving my four fingers together and using the pressure of all four fingers
and my thumb. I’m making small hard
circles around your scalp. You can use quite a lot of pressure on the
scalp. Most people find deep pressure on
the scalp comforting and it allows the muscles of the scalp to relax. Thos are the muscles that can give you a
headache from tension. Tight muscles in
your shoulder can radiate up to those scalp muscles.
Now I’m going to use my thumbs in a zigzag motion, going
from the middle of your forehead backwards all the way to the nape of your
neck. Using my thumbs back and forth,
zigzagging back through your hair. Moving
to the left and zigzagging from your forehead to the back of your head to your
neck. The once again farther to the left
hand side, zigzagging back and forth, allowing the muscles to relax. Now moving to the right hand side, and zigzagging
back and forth all the way down the back of your head to your neck. And
one more time on the right hand side, from the edge of your forehead, all the
way back behind your ears, down the back of your head to your neck. Now I’m going to make my hands into a fist and
starting at the edge of your of your forehead I’m going to use my knuckles, gently,
in small circles; moving back from your forehead to the top of your head, my
knuckles on either side, going down the back of your head. Again, because it’s the bone, being very
gentle but allowing those muscles to relax, all the way back to the nape of
your neck. Then holding your head again
on either side, using my palms to make small hard circles on the side of your
head, and then holding your head lightly.
I take a deep breath with you and exhale, allowing you to fully and
completely relax.
Now I want you to remember that feeling of relaxation and
know you can cup your hands to the side of your head to remember that feeling and
you can use that feeling to drift off to sleep, or wiggle your fingers and toes
and return to the room. Remember
meditation changes your mind

Relaxation Meditation (Accomplishments)
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to
sit or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. Take a deep breath in. Starting to relax and as you exhale release any
tension you may hold in body. Take
another deep breath and as you exhale letting your mind go blank and release
any worries and stress of the day. Take
a final deep breath in, breathing in peace and calm and as you exhale let your
mind relax and your body fully relax.
Now you are walking down the street and you run into an old
high school friend. You’ve kept in
touch in the past, but other the past 5 years you’ve lost track of one
another. This is five years in the
future and you are meeting up again. You
decide to enter coffee shop to sit down together and catch up. Your friend asks about your life now. This is five years in the future and you
begin telling your friend what you are doing just in 3 or 4 sentences. Your friend responds, “That’s amazing!” So you begin to elaborate on how your life
has changed and the wonderful things that you are doing in your life. Where do you work? What is your family life like? How do you feel about yourself? How do you feel about your life? You are not trying to brag but your friend
keeps asking you more questions and seems very interested. So you give them all the details of your
wonderful life now. Your friend then asks
you how you accomplished all of this to change your life in the past five years.
You begin to tell your friend all of the
changes you made. They seem like a lot
looking back but as you took them one step at a time, sometimes only 10 minutes
a day, it seemed to come easily and naturally.
It was a lot of hard work but you spread it out over enough time and it
was interesting to you, so it didn’t seem that difficult as long as you put in
the time everyday to work towards your goals.
Now you see how far you have come in the past five years. The things you are proud of and maybe the
future goals that you are working on now.
You know that it is all possible because you see how far you have
come. You’ve done the hard work to meet
your goals of the past so you know you can in the future.
I want you to remember that feeling of accomplishment as you
drift off to sleep or begin to return to the room by wiggling your fingers and
toes. Remember meditation changes your
mind

Relaxing Haircut Meditation ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and let your body
relax and as you exhale release any stress or tension from your shoulders. Take another deep breath and as you exhale
let your stomach me calm. Release any
butterflies in your stomach. Take another
final deep breath in; breathing in calm and peace as you exhale release any
worries and stress from your mind and your face relaxes.
Now I want you to picture that you have the whole afternoon
off to be pampered at a salon. You go in
and are greeted by the receptionist, and you have a seat in the waiting room
knowing you have this time just for you.
There is nothing else you need to do, just allow the stylist to take
care of you and relax. You turn your
cell phone of and your stylist walks into the room to take you back to the
chair. The stylist asks you about what
you would like done with your hair. The
stylist take you back to the shampoo bowl and runs warm water through the spray
nozzle. She asks you if the water is
comfortable and it is warm and comforting.
She washes your hair and uses some shampoo and gently but firmly rubs
the shampoo into your scalp and your hair.
It is surprising how relaxing the shampoo is. The firm pressure on your scalp. She washed out the shampoo and adds
conditioner. At this time she does a
more thorough massage of your scalp, rubbing your temples in a circular motion;
using firm pressure all around your scalp.
Releasing all of the tension that we keep in our scalp and allowing you
to relax and feel calm. She washes out
condition and wraps a towel around your head and escorts you back to the
chair. She begins brushing your hair as
she quietly talks to you about what she will be doing to your hair. She begins to cut; checking in with you
frequently making sure the hair cut is exactly how you would like it. She runs her fingers through your hair and a
comb through your hair and it is very calming and enjoyable. You release all the worries and tension of
the day. She styles your hair after the
haircut and shows you in the mirror how it looks. You are very pleased and it has been
wonderful to take this time to relax and focus on yourself.
I want you to remember that feeling of relaxation as you
drift off to sleep or return to the room by wiggling your fingers and toes. Remember meditation changes your mind.
Speech Recognition Bloopers:

Relaxating Waterfall Meditation ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable, close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale
release all the tension of the day.
Another inhale, breathing in calm, and as you exhale release any stress
in your body and your mind. Take another
deep breath in and as you exhale your body becomes fully relaxed, and your mind
follows.
Now I want you to picture yourself sitting in a beautiful
wood. You’re sitting on the ground which is coved with
leaves. The trees are green. There are moss and leaves on the ground
around you. You’re nice and warm. it’s the middle of summer and the sun breaks
in through the tree leaves to cast patches of sun light on the forest
floor. You take a deep breath in and you
can smell the leaves and the bark and the moss.
You begin to listen around you, and you can hear the birds in the trees
and a waterfall. You hear the water coming down and then flowing into a
brook. The noise of the water is
peaceful and calming. As you look around
you see the waterfall in front of you.
You enjoy watching the water fall over the rocks and into the brook. You could spend the day just watching the
water and relaxing. The sound is calming. Your
body is comfortable on the leaves. You
are warm and relaxed, and the smell is comforting. The sound of nature around you is
relaxing. You enjoy watching the water;
it calms your mind and allows you to think clearly. You
may take this time in the forest to just relax or to think through some of the
issues in your life that have been bothering you. In this relaxed state you find that the
solutions come easily. You may also
start thinking of new endeavors and again in this relaxed and comfortable state
idea flow freely into your brain. You
feel calm and relaxed. You know you can
solve any issues in your life and you know you have good ideas for new things
that will come in the future.
I want you to remember that feeling of relaxation and
clarity and creativity, and know that you can return to that feeling by just
closing your eyes and picturing the waterfall in front of you. You can use that feeling and vision to drift
off to sleep or wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly return to the
room. When you feel comfortable open
your eyes. Remember meditation changes
your mind.

Relaxation Meditation (Kitchen) ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. Take a deep breath allowing your body to relax and as you exhale release any tension or stress in your body. Take another deep breathe in, releasing any worries or stress in your mind. As you exhale you know this time is for you; you don't need to think of anything else. With your final inhale you relax in the body and mind and as you exhale you release any remaining tension or anxiety.
You're now in a nice warm kitchen. You've just entered from the cold and seated yourself near a heater so your body can warm. There is someone in the kitchen with you, and they bring you a warm mug of tea or coffee. As you hold the mug, your hands warm and you inhale the aroma of the drink. As you drink you feel your body warm and relax. The person in the kitchen is cooking and making dinner for the two of you to share. You can smell baking bread and your favorite dinner and maybe even some cake and cookies for dessert. The kitchen spells wonderful and the sounds of cooking are soft and soothing. You feel your body relax. You feel well cared for and taken care of. You know you are loved and having that love lets you feel relaxed and comfortable. The warmth of your house, the food in your kitchen and the love another person is the most important part of your life. Food, shelter and love; once those basic needs are met, everything else that comes into your life (material items, money, success) those are all extra, but your happiness is built on just having these basic needs. They are what is important and you know they are enough. That allows you to relax and to let go of any other worries you may have. You feel comfortable and warm and calm.
I want you to remember that feeling of appreciation for what you have, as you drift off to sleep or return to the room by wiggling your fingers and toes and when you feel ready opening your eyes. Remember meditation changes your mind.
Speech Recognition Bloopers:

Love Life for Valentine's Day
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to
sit or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. I want
to take a deep breath in and as you exhale release all of your stress and
tension. Take another deep breath in,
breathing in relaxation and as you exhale let your muscles relax, let you mind
relax. Take another deep breath in. You are feeling calm and as you exhale you
release any remaining tension in your back, in your body and in your mind.
Now I want you to picture yourself waking up in the
morning. You are in your bed. You are warm and you have had a nice
dream. You feel relaxed. You feel well rested, and as you open your
eyes you are excited to start the day.
You are happy to be waking up. You love life. You know good things are coming to you. You don’t know what day they will start but
it might be today. You are eager to
greet the day and keep your eyes open for all new opportunities and all of the
exciting things that are coming to you to improve your life. You are grateful for all you have in your
life. You are grateful for all that will
come to you in the future. You know there are good things on the horizon
and you want to put yourself in the position to receive all of those positive opportunities. So, you get up eager for the day, hoping one
of those opportunities will be around the corner during your day today. You know it is your birthright to live fully
and freely. You give to life exactly
what you want from life. You are glad to
be alive and you love life. You know if
you greet the day with negativity you are more likely to receive negativity, so
you greet the day being positive and optimistic and keeping your eyes open for
all the exciting new opportunities that are coming to you. You know they will be there; you just need to
watch for them.
Now I want you to remember this feeling of excitement. You can use that feeling to allow you to
happily drift off to sleep with positive dreams or begin to return to the room
by wiggling your fingers and toes and when you are ready opening your
eyes. Remember meditation changes your
mind.

Lavender Aromatherapy Meditation ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. I want to take a deep breath in allowing
your body to relax and as you exhale release any tension. Take another deep breath in, breathing in calm
and relaxation and as you exhale release any stress or tension. Take one final deep breath and then with this
exhale release any stress in your mind or worries as well as any tension and
anxiety in your body.
I want you to picture yourself your small room. There are rugs on the floor, they are soft
and comfortable. There are pillows
around on the floor and you find a comfortable spot to sit down. You are warm and the light is dim. There are tapestries on the wall and the
feeling of this room is of calm and tranquility. You feel yourself relax just looking around
the room and you feel comfortable and warm.
In front of you is a candle. You
lift it up to sniff the scent and then strike a match to light the candle, to
bring the scent more strongly to your nose.
The candle is lavender scented. Lavender
is one of the most versatile scents. It
is very gentle and can be used on the body.
It is used often to aid relaxation and to treat tension, depression, and
insomnia. The smell is relaxing and
helps our body and mind to calm down. To
allow us to breathe deeply and relax, and fall asleep if that is what we
need. It has a strong sedative and calming effect
and allows you to relax and breathe deeply.
You inhale the scent to the lavender and as you exhale you release all
worries you feel calm and relaxed in this room.
It is a place for you to just be yourself let go of the anxiety of the
day and just be calm and peaceful.
I want you to remember that feeling as you drift off to
sleep or return to the room by wiggling your fingers and toes and when you feel
ready opening your eyes. Remember
meditation changes your mind.

Stress Reduction for Freedom
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. I want you to take a deep breath in and as
you exhale release any stress or tension in your body. Take another deep breath in and with your
exhale let your mind relax and let go of the worries of the day. Take a final deep breath in inhaling peace and
calm and with your final exhale release any tension and stress in your body and
mind.
Thank you for coming in to the stress reduction session
today. I want you to imagine that you
wake up in the morning with complete freedom.
You have no obligations; nothing you need to do, nowhere you need to be,
and no one you need to be. You can act
as you would like; you can do what you would like. Feel that freedom. How is it different from how you feel most
days? Return to that feeling of freedom
and experience the release of letting go of your obligations. Now I
want you to think of the statement “Freedom is my divine right.” Remember that besides
doing what we need to shelter and feed ourselves and our children, most of our
obligations are self imposed. We do not
need to agree to everything that is asked of us. We do not need to attend functions that are
not necessary. We do not need to
participate in groups that we don’t find beneficial. Give yourself permission to release some of
those obligations that are not fulfilling.
I am free to think wonderful thoughts. I move beyond past limitations into freedom. I am now becoming all that I am created to
be. Hold on to that feeling and know
that you can return to this feeling of calm and peace and freedom. You may now drift off to sleep or begin to
return to the room by wiggling your fingers and toes and when you feel ready
opening your eyes. Remember meditation
changes your mind.

Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down, and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale
release any tension or stress you may hold in your body. Take another deep breath in; breathing in
peace and calm and exhaling any tension in your mind and your body. Take one final deep breath in and as you
exhale I want you to release any stress in your shoulders, in your stomach, in
your mind and your face.
I want you to picture yourself standing in front of a
colorful circus tent. It is a small tent and as you push open the
flaps you enter into a room with a fortune teller sitting at a small round
wooden table. You sit down and she places
in front of you a pack of tarot cards.
She asks you to touch the cards and think about the questions that you would
like to ask today. You look into her
eyes and you feel as if you know her.
You feel as if she knows you and you know that she is only there to help
you and to ease your mind. With that
realization you take a deep breath and any anxiety you had about the reading is
gone; you just look forward to finding out information. When you hand the cards back to her she
shuffles them gently and then fans them open, asking you to pick a card. You chose a card and flip it over so you can
see the picture. That card is to
represent you. The picture may hold
meaning for you or you may need to wait for the teller to explain the meaning
of the card. The fortune teller then
breaks the cards into three stacks and asks you to pick one stack. After choosing that stack she placed it on
top of the other cards and begins to lay out an intricate pattern, with a cross
and four cards in a line to the side of the cross. She looks at the cards for a moment and then
begins to tell you how the cards tell you about your past, your current
situation and your future. She talks
about the question you have come to ask about, and ask she talks and explains
the cards, the path you must take becomes more clear; your anxiety and concerns are washed away as
you know what you must do. You feel
confident in your decision. This allows
you to feel calm and relaxed, knowing how you must proceed. You thank her for the reading. You are grateful that you have received that
guidance.
I want you to remember that feeling as you drift off to
sleep or chose to return to the room by wiggling your fingers and toes and as
you feel ready opening your eyes.
Remember meditation changes your mind.

Relaxing Facial Meditation ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down and if you feel comfortable close your eyes. I want
you to take a deep breath and exhale releasing any tension and stress in your
body. Take another deep breath in inhaling
peace and calm an exhale any worries or anxieties. Take one final deep breath in and with this
exhale allow yourself to fully relax.
Now you’re at the spa, waiting for your face treatment. You are lying on the table. The therapist knocks on the door and comes in. The therapist begins by washing your face
with a cleanser; removing any dirt or debris.
You’re allowed to just relax. You
have nothing to worry about, nothing to do. Allow the therapist to take care of you and
rejuvenate your skin while the relaxation rejuvenates your mind. The therapist then begins with gentle
exfoliation to remove dead skin cells.
She rubs in a lightly abrasive lotion in a circular motion on your
face. It doesn’t hurt; it just feels a
little bit scratchy on your face. The
circular motion also provides a bit of a massage for your skin. She then uses hot wet towels to remove any
remaining lotion or soap, leaving your skin fresh and clean. The Esthetician then
puts steam around your face and the warm steam isn’t too hot and feels nice on your
face, opening up your pores. Breathe in
the nice warm steam; let it fill your lungs as it an opens up your pores, and
opens up your sinuses. It feels warm and
relaxing. As the steam is complete the
therapist places a mask on your skin, avoiding your eyes and your mouth. As you relax to let them mask dry the therapist
massages your shoulders and your arms and your hands. You are feeling totally relaxed. Once the mask is dry, warm wet towels are used
to remove the mask. A hydrating lotion
is put on your face. The Esthetician
used this time to massage your face, using small hard circles on your forehead
and your temple; sweeping motions with
her fingers around eyes and down your nose; Massaging the muscles of your jaw
and underneath your mouth and under your nose with sweeping strokes with her
fingers. You are feeling totally
relaxed and well taken care of. As your
face treatment completes.
Now remember that
feeling of relaxation as you drift off to sleep, or returned to the room by
wiggling your fingers and toes and then opening your eyes. Remember meditation changes your mind.

Stress Reduction (Fireplace) ASMR
Welcome to change your mind meditation. I want you to find a comfortable place to sit
or lay down. I want you to take a deep
breath in and as you exhale release any stress or tension. Another deep breath in and on your exhale
release any worries and stress of the day.
On your final deep breath in breath in relaxation and calm and with your
exhale let go of any remaining tension in your body and in your mind and just
relax. This is your time to be calm.
I want you to picture yourself sitting comfortably on a
couch, maybe curled up if that is comfortable for you. You’re
wearing comfortable clothing and you have a blanket around you. You are feeling
warm and content. You are looking at a
fire burning across the room from you.
You’re just relaxing on the couch enjoying the fire. Smell the wood burning. It’s a nice relaxing smell. The lights in the room are dim. Most of the light is coming from the
fireplace and there is a small reading lamp behind you on a table next to the
couch. You watch the fire in the
fireplace focusing all of your attention on watching the fire. You have nothing
to worry about nothing else to think about, just enjoying the fire and the
relaxation. You hear the crackling of
the fire and you look outside and see snow coming down and the wind blowing.
That doesn’t concern you because you’re nice and warm under your blanket
looking at the fire. You know with the snow
predicted that evening that you won’t have work or school the next day. You have plenty of heat and food and water
and the storm doesn’t concern you, except you know you have the day of
relaxation tomorrow, and that allows you to be worry free and just relax and
watch the fire. Someone comes into the
room and places a hot chocolate on the table next to you. The come and curl up on the couch with you. It may be someone you know and love or
someone you haven’t met yet. You don’t need to decide who it is who is spending
this evening with you but you know that they care for you and love you and will
take care of you. All you need to do is
watch the flames, drink your hot chocolate and relax with this person you
love.
Keep that feeling of relaxation and calm and know that you
can return to this feeling by closing your eyes and picturing the flames of the
fire. You can now drift off to sleep or
begin to return to the room where you’re sitting by wiggling your fingers and
toes and when you feel ready opening your eyes, or let the calm relaxation take
you off to sleep. Remember meditation
changes your mind
